Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 5–8 business days. During busy periods, our moving sale, or in exceptional cases, delivery can take longer — up to a maximum of 20–30 days.
Delays within this timeframe do not qualify as "non-delivery" and are not grounds for refunds or chargebacks.

Free shipping
Shipping is free on all orders during our moving sale, regardless of order amount or your location within Australia.
Shipping method
All orders are shipped with Australia Post, with full tracking from dispatch to delivery.
